This treatment was amazing and the massage therapist certainly done a great job. I found her very professional and she listened to why I needed the treatment for and the pressure that I wanted. I left feeling so much less tense and relaxed. I will definitely be booking this treatment in the future.

Room was perfect - warm, dim and relaxed for massage. Charlotte was friendly and confident. I have had a lot of massages and she was definitely an experienced masseur - pressure was just right. I told her my shoulders were a bit knotty and she did a great job loosening them up. I arrived wound up and left quite chilled!!

Very relaxing treatment, left with a calm, warm feeling... slept well that night! One minor point: I had hoped for a deeper massage in my shoulder blades especially after I had stated that this was an area I would like worked on. Other than that - perfect!

Managers comments: Thanks for the comments. We do encourage all therapist to be responsive to clients individual needs by ensuring verbal consultation. I will be offering them more guidance to ensure this is followed through during treatment. When you book in next time, stress to our receptionist that you require a deep massage and she will do her best to match your particular needs. We can also make a booking note for you of any particular areas of tension so don't forget to mention these when you book too!

This treatment was amazing!! My aches and pains felt so much lighter after having this massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing and my therapist was excellent in explaining the treatment. She definitely worked magic on my back and shoulders.

Unbelievable, yes at times somewhat painful but on the basis `no gain without pain` it was worth it. Thirty minutes of Swedish Massage and I was hooked and booked for a repeat session!

I have been to other salons/people for a Swedish back massage, none have used the pressure like this, and made me feel like I have after the treatment. This type of massage is not meant to tickle! Because of this and the therapists amazing skill, I have returned to her every 4 weeks all year as she is so brilliant! I have also started Reflexology and it has helped me very much. There may be a credit crunch on, but I'm not giving up my treatments!
