Policy
Wrong products received: In the unlikely event
of receiving the wrong goods please contact
us quoting your order reference number and the nature of the error.
Please ensure you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your products.
If after investigating the error, we find we are at fault,
we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you.
Damaged goods: Check your parcel for any obvious
signs of damage during transit as soon as it arrives. If your products
are in any way damaged or if any part of your order is missing e-mail
us within 72 hours of receiving your goods quoting your order
reference number and the exact details of the fault. Please ensure you
do not remove any packaging as we will require the goods back in exactly
the same condition as you receive them. We will replace the goods following
inspection.
Other returns: We take great pride in our level
of customer service. In the unlikely event that you are in any way dissatisfied
with your purchase from Victoria's Health and Beauty, please contact us.
Please ensure you do not remove any packaging or use the product, as we
will not replace the product if it shows any signs of being tampered with.
Items are returned at the customer's expense, unless
faulty. You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt.
We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, providing we
are in receipt of the returned goods, in a re-saleable condition. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for lotions,
oils and perfumes, for hygiene reasons.
