A unique massaging method is used by the reflexologist on the patients hands or feet to bring the patient back to an optimal balance of mental and physical well being. Today, reflexology has been recognised to help with a long list of conditions from migraine to sporting injuries and has helped people with pain relief from more serious disease such as cancer. Reflexology should not be used to replace medical care or practice but should be regarded as complimentary to it. Recent scientific studies have been carried out on the effectiveness of reflexology as a treatment. Current results look strong in the areas of stress and pain reduction and premenstrual syndrome.

It's amazing! I don't know how she does it, but Nicole can always tell any problems I have from my feet, today it was back and sinuses. She always makes me feel totally relaxed and I really lose myself for the time I am at Victoria's. Nicole is great company too. I have this treatment every month and it keeps me balanced and well. Brilliant!

Reflexology is a very difficult treatment since it is part health check and part indulgence. Victoria was highly professional in delivering on both elements of the treatment and I left the room with indicators on some health points, and feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I was very impressed. As a therapist and reflexologist myself I have high standards and I like to find them elsewhere. I have found them to my satisfaction. I have re-booked several treatments. I felt very comfortable and professionally treated. I also observed the same treatment and attitude towards other clients in the salon. In all respects you are doing a great job.

My email request was followed up within 24hrs by telephone where the therapist confirmed the appointment. The therapist verified that I suffered from neck/back tension which had presented itself in the reflexology treatment. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and locality of the salon so I booked a further treatment in 1 month time.
