To reward you for coming back to us time and again, we are pleased to offer the brand new pamper points scheme.

How pamper points are earned:

It's simple! 1 pamper point is earned for every 15 minutes you spend with your therapist. A minimum of 1 point will be awarded per visit. For example, an eyebrow tidy earns 1 point - a full body massage earns 5 points, whilst the pamper package earns 17 points.

You will receive an email whenever you come along for a treatment stating how many points you earned that day. There is no need to do anything from your side. All points are automatically added to your account whenever you visit.

To keep you informed and up to date, and if you are on our mailing list, we will occasionally email you your total pamper points balance. Your current balance can also be seen at the top left of your personal control panel (if access has been requested and granted) at www.book.victoriasbeauty.co.uk.

Spending your pamper points:

To spend your points, you must make your booking by telephone and need to state that you wish to use your points against one of the following treatments. *Conditions apply.

Standard Facials: 50 points
Luxury Facials: 60 points

Back Treatment: 50 points

Back Massage: 40 points
Full Body Massage: 60 points

Luxury Manicure: 50 points
Luxury Pedicure: 50 points

The Pamper Package: 195 points

* Loyalty scheme terms and conditions (Revised 1st May 2008):

1. Only for use against the treatments listed above. 2. Reward points are non-transferable, non-refundable and have a zero cash value. 3. Reward points are valid for use from Monday to Thursday between 10am to 2:30pm (excluding bank holidays). 4. Reward points cannot be redeemed against a treatment unless mentioned at the time of booking. 5. Failure to show for treatments at the time and date stated in the email confirmation or not giving adequate notice for cancellations, will result in reward points automatically being deducted from the total balance. 6. On treatments where any pamper points are redeemed, no pamper points are awarded. 7. Pamper points may not be earned where services are discounted unless otherwise stated. 8. We reserve the right to update our T&C without prior notice.
