I was a little bit nervous because it was my first visit to this particular salon, but I had had the treatment many times before so I knew what to expect but I ended up very happy with it and it was over really quickly. Therapist just went on with it and I was actually surprised at how quickly it was done, the quickest Hollywood waxing I have had and certainly the least painful. Therapist was very professional and made the whole thing as good an experience as possible.

It was my first time for a wax, let alone a Hollywood but the waxing therapist made me feel at ease I felt very comfortable with the whole treatment. It was a bonus that it was relatively painless considering! I'm a returning customer of 10 months and every treatment has been just as good as the first. The results are always fab, there isn't anything I could possibly say a bad word about.

Internet booking was very useful and an innovative way for customers to help themselves. Have only had one waxing before a long time ago and so a full leg and brazilian was quite adventurous! I experienced lots of pain but it was my first full waxing AND I do have coarse hair and so I am sure I did not experience any more pain than I needed to. Sore but satisfied, and very happy - thank you!

The therapist was very friendly and so I was reassured that the atmosphere during the treatment would be the same. Important during a Brazilian wax! All was great, quick and professional. The only slight problem I found was the redness afterwards, which I am guessing is due to the type of wax used.

Very polite and efficient. Waxing is never going to be a pleasurable experience, but was probably the best it could be! It was quicker than I expected. Not as painful as when I had had it done elsewhere.
