This was my first visit and found the therapist to be very professional but also very friendly and she put me at ease immediately. I was impressed with the speed of the waxing but she was very thorough. I will definitely be booking more treatments! Can't wait to come back for a facial and massage! Highly recommended.

I was quite nervous - it was the first time I had it done but the therapist explained that it would be better the second time I have it done, which I look forward to! Pleased with the result but I have never been to this type of salon before so I have nothing to compare it to! But it was a good experience, and I am returning soon.

Internet booking was very useful and an innovative way for customers to help themselves. Have only had one waxing before a long time ago and so a full leg and brazilian was quite adventurous! I experienced lots of pain but it was my first full waxing AND I do have coarse hair and so I am sure I did not experience any more pain than I needed to. Sore but satisfied, and very happy - thank you!

The therapist was very friendly and so I was reassured that the atmosphere during the treatment would be the same. Important during a Brazilian wax! All was great, quick and professional. The only slight problem I found was the redness afterwards, which I am guessing is due to the type of wax used.
