This helps to aid circulation, relieve fatigue, soothe aching joints and reduce water retention. A fantastic treatment for those of you that suffer with bad circulation and swollen puffy legs and feet. This deep cleansing and antibacterial treatment leaves the legs feeling invigorated. The cooling and warming sensation from the gels and clay mud aids vasoconstriction and vasodilation of the blood vessels which in turn help circulation and lymph drainage.

What happens during the treatment: Starts with a foot soak containing sea salts and an oil to help circulation which contains lavender, cypress and peppermint. Your therapist will carry out a scrub to your legs using a special seaweed filled granular peel to rid you of any dry or dead skin. You will receive a leg and foot massage using an invigorating gel which contains grapefruit and menthol to aid circulation and relieve fatigue. A clay body mud wrap is applied to the whole area where the warming action also helps circulation. Once removed a mint lotion is applied to the legs.
