Eye Treatments - FAQ

Here are some answers to some commonly asked questions on our popular eye treatments.

Question: I am interested in eyelash perming but am I concerned that I may suffer a reaction to the product. Is this possible?

Answer: To avoid any chance of a bad reaction, you will need to come along the salon to have a free patch test at least 48 hours prior to the perming appointment. A small amount of the glue, perming lotion and neutraliser is applied behind the ear. If any redness, itchiness or swelling appears then you will need to contact the salon. Unfortunately this will mean you will not be able to have them permed. Please note that we will not perform this treatment unless you confirm that you have previously had a patch test.

Question: How long does tinting last?

Answer: The tint will last around 3-5 weeks depending on your skincare routine. Makeup removers will take its toll on the tint.

Question: I do not live in Bristol, neither do I intend on using you for eye treatments, can I still get more advice from you?

Answer: We are unable to reply to every email we receive and are not staffed to offer an advisory service on Eye treatments. Please seek out your local beauty salon or carry out a specific search on a search engine such as Yahoo. However, if you have a genuine enquiry on our services or would like to book in for this treatment, please do feel free to use our contact methods below. Of course we are always more than happy to offer support to our clients.
