Free UK Delivery on orders totalling £35.00 and over (recorded insured delivery).

Post, packaging, processing and handling fee is just £2.50 (recorded delivery) on all orders totalling £34.99 or less. Your parcel will be sent by first class or special delivery within 1 - 4 working days of your order being received. Includes Scotland, Northern Ireland and some UK islands.

Please make allowances for bank holiday periods or postal strikes. If any item you order is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours. We do not ship goods outside of the UK unless you contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping costs. Confirmation of your order will be sent automatically via e-mail. Your card is only verified at the time of the order. No funds will actually be taken from it until your order is ready to be dispatched.

Delivery Upgrade: Guaranteed next day delivery (Delivered by 1:00pm - stock permitting) by Royal Mail is available for £4.30 for light parcels and £6.00 for parcels weighing up to 1KG (Full prices available on royalmail.com). Please select the checkbox on checkout if required. If you select the special delivery option, next delivery is guaranteed if ordered by 1:00pm on Monday to Thursday. Please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee a Saturday delivery unless this is specifically requested and paid for (although it is possible if dispatched on Friday).

Important Information:

Products will normally be sent using insured 1st class recorded or special delivery. This service requires a signature on delivery. If you will not be available to accept delivery of your products, your local post office will hold your parcel for you to collect. If it is unclaimed within 7 days it will be returned to us. If this occurs, please e-mail us to arrange a refund or redelivery. Any fees for redelivery are to be covered by you.

For missed deliveries - a fee to cover postage, package, processing and restocking will be charged, which varies according to the value and weight of your order. Please note that we are able to deliver to an alternative address if you are not going to be at home to accept your parcel. Some people opt to have parcels delivered to their place of work.

We are not able to instruct the post office to "leave in garage" or "shed" etc.
