It's amazing! I dont know how she does it, but Nicole can always tell any problems I have from my feet, today it was back and sinuses. She always makes me feel totally relaxed and I really lose myself for the time I am at Victoria's. Nicole is great company too. I have this treatment every month and it keeps me balanced and well. Brilliant!

An interesting treatment carried out with expertise by Elise which left the facial skin ultra clean and smooth. I would suspect you require a few of these on a regular basis before a true result is acquired, therefore personally find the results from the Cocoa or Grape facials were actually better on Mature Skin

While waxing could never be described as a particularly relaxing or comfortable experience, staff were friendly and helpful and made my session as pleasant as possible. My therapist took the time to do a very thorough job and I was pleased with the result. I would be happy to book at Victoria's again.

I felt that this treatment was rather rushed compared to my previous visits. As a result, I think that the coverage of my lower lashes (which are particularly fine) was not as comprehensive as it might be.Managers comments: Thank you for your valuable feedback, which we take on board. Although we always strive to get treatments perfect first time, on rare occasions clients may not get the results they expect. In this instance we encourage the client to come back to the salon to retake their appointment so that they are completely satisfied and we can learn from these experiences.

Great and thorough explanation of the treatment throughout, and after care fully explained. The results were well worth the slight discomfort! I came to the salon in despair over my peeling nails and ragged, dry cuticles. Elise immediately gave me tremendous hope for a fairly quick recovery and the Nailtiques manicure she did has made a huge difference to the appearance of my hands. I look forward to my road to recovery and eventual gel nails. I will certainly be using the product I purchased to help my nails myself!

Excellent as always! Therapist was chatty and friendly, but also provided an excellent service - I particularly appreciate that at this salon, unlike others I have experienced, they do the extra little things like removing ingrowing hairs, rather than just getting what the wax will take and ignoring the rest.

I had eyebrow was and Brazilian Waxing done on the same day. Although a little uncomfortable, I was really pleased with the treatment, especially the eyebrows - for which I had lots of positive comments from friends and family! The online system is so user friendly and the staff were really helpful, especially to a novice such as me! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to treating myself again!

Reflexology is a very difficult treatment since it is part health check and part indulgence. Victoria was highly professional in delivering on both elements of the treatment and I left the room with indicators on some health points, and feeling relaxed and refreshed.
