Today was my fist visit to the salon to experience a Swedish body
massage. I was delighted with the treatment, in particular the relaxed
and friendly approach by the therapist, her interpersonal skills

The therapist was extremely good, very professional and thorough.
I have had Brazilian waxing done at 3 or 4 different salons over
the past 4 years or so and this was probably one of the best waxes
I've had! Also, I was seen to promptly though I arrived a little
early for the appointment. I am very impressed with the long opening
hours of the salon since many salons are only open during office
hours then book up quickly at weekends.
The customer service from the therapist and other staff at the
salon was friendly and professional.

have just got back from my facial and I am very happy, I was very
impressed with the service as the therapist asked me how my skin
was and did the facial to suit what I needed most. She informed
me what she was doing and explained to me the different products
and their benefits to me as we went along, she was very friendly
and efficient.
My skin is glowing since I started treatments with you and loads
of people have commented on how they can see the improvement. The
pampering and friendly atmosphere is just a bonus. Another great
treatment from your team!!!! Its all a woman needs to forget the
stress of working and running a house (and planning a wedding) to
help you feel great and relaxed.

been with Victoria since the early days and always treated as
if I am her only and best customer. Waxing, electrolysis, pedicure
- absolute heaven, massage and just the feeling of general well
being for this customer who perhaps used to feel she was the wrong

been to Victoria's Health & Beauty since they started. Over
the years I have had all treatments from pedicure, manicure, facial,
reflexology and aromatherapy massage plus many others. Friendly
salon with professional service. Best for me has got to be the
aromatherapy massage - I can doze off, chat when I want too and
listen to the background music. Extremely relaxing.
