I have been to other salons/people for a Swedish back massage, none have used the pressure like this, and made me feel like I have after the treatment. This type of massage is not meant to tickle! Because of this and the therapists amazing skill, I have returned to her every 4 weeks all year as she is so brilliant! I have also started Reflexology and it has helped me very much. There may be a credit crunch on, but I'm not giving up my treatments!

I have had my eye lashes permed a couple of times before but never with the professionalism and care that I received at Victoria's. They took care to ensure each one of my lashes were fixed properly to the rollers and the result was amazing. Afterwards they applied the tint which just emphasised the curl even more. Thanks. It`s lovely to have somewhere local to come for treatment which is friendly and professional. My only negative comment is the chair I sat on for my pedicure was uncomfortable for my back after 15 mins as it had an open back with just a wooden piece across the top.

Managers comments: Thank you for your valuable feedback, which we take on board. We are currently looking around for more comfortable chairs to perform our pedicures on and hope you will be more relaxed upon your next visit.

I had this facial along with the cocoa body wrap. Bliss! My skin has been amazing over the past few days. I did not get any outbreaks of spots or dry patches, which I usually do with facials. Will definitely be booking to have this done again.

Pros: Victoria is very professional with no unnecessary conversation taking place. The rooms are pleasant peaceful havens and the facial and neck/shoulder massage delightful. A thoroughly relaxing experience.

Cons: At times, when the soft relaxing music stops, sounds from the salon next door can spoil the feeling of peace. Perhaps invest in some music on a loop that doesn`t stop.

Enjoyed my relaxing aromatherapy session. Care was taken that I was comfortable on the table and the session was beneficial without being too firm. One small criticism is that it would have been nice to know exactly which oils were being used and which oils can be used for various things in aromatherapy.

I was a little early for my appointment but there were plenty of magazines to read and I was offered a drink. As it was electrolysis I expected to feel some discomfort but the result is worth it. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, very welcoming salon.

It was really easy using the website to book! The phone call just to check that all the details were right and the reminder email were really good too. When I arrived, I went straight in to the treatment feeling slightly nervous but the therapist was very friendly and put me at ease. Overall I had a much better treatment experience here than in other salons I've been to.

I was quite nervous - it was the first time I had it done but the therapist explained that it would be better the second time I have it done, which I look forward to! Pleased with the result but I have never been to this type of salon before so I have nothing to compare it to! But it was a good experience, and I am returning soon.

The therapist was very nice and friendly but I would have preferred less talking from the therapist. OK maybe I`m really fussy but I did pay £38.00 for a relaxing time and at 38 weeks pregnant this was a real treat! The facial was over too soon and it wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped. The therapist did a good job but I have to say I am disappointed with the overall treatment.

I had an Eyebrow tint at the same time as a Pedicure. Very pleased with the eyebrow tint as I have never had one before. Foot massage during the pedicure was nice but didn't really last long enough.

Internet booking was very useful and an innovative way for customers to help themselves. Have only had one waxing before a long time ago and so a full leg and brazilian was quite adventurous! I experienced lots of pain but it was my first full waxing AND I do have coarse hair and so I am sure I did not experience any more pain than I needed to. Sore but satisfied, and very happy - thank you!

The therapist was very friendly and so I was reassured that the atmosphere during the treatment would be the same. Important during a Brazilian wax! All was great, quick and professional. The only slight problem I found was the redness afterwards, which I am guessing is due to the type of wax used.

My email request was followed up within 24hrs by telephone where the therapist confirmed the appointment. The therapist verified that I suffered from neck/back tension which had presented itself in the reflexology treatment. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and locality of the salon so I booked a further treatment in 1 month time.

Unfortunately it was a very poor booking process as I left three voice messages before someone called me back over the period of a week. Nobody apologised until I asked why my call had not been returned. The website suggests a callback period of 60 mins on average. However, after my difficulty in booking - a very lovely experience.

I had never visited the salon before and had booked a complete pamper package. All of my treatments were carried out with complete professionalism yet still very friendly, during my first 2 treatments (massage and facial) I was made to feel totally relaxed and pampered. I was offered lunch which was enjoyable while I browsed the magazines available. Once finished I received my last 2 treatments (pedicure and manicure) which I was very pleased with the results and matched my outfit for the following day perfectly. Overall I really enjoyed my pampering and was a bit disappointed to go back home to a pile of ironing!! Thanks. I'll definitely be back!

Very easy booking process as I was able to check my own dates and times to see if available, rather than having to do over the phone. Phone call to confirm and take deposit later was fine. Very relaxed atmosphere. Both myself and my 16 year old daughter enjoyed our treatments and would visit again - in fact, already booked in again for more. Having the UCW, I did feel a bit claustrophobic due to heat of the wrap for the first half hour, but fine after that.

The only comment I would make is the chair that I sat on initially during the pedicure in the treatment room was a bit uncomfortable.

All the therapists present were friendly, and complimentary without being false. I didn't feel obliged to purchase any product the therapist recommended, although she genuinely came across as feeling the product would be of benefit to me.

I have never had a facial before but really enjoyed it. My skin felt fantastic after. I was given a drink of water and told when I was ready I could get dressed and make my way back to the reception. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The salon had a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely book again for further treatments. The best beauty salon i have been to yet :-)

The therapist was very thorough with any advice and explanation of the treatment and was very reassuring when she noticed I was nervous. She carefully explained how the tan worked, and how long it would last. I loved the result from St Tropez Tan and would definitely have it again. In fact, I have already booked for my next tan with you!

A very good and thorough service. The therapist was worth her weight in Gold. Perhaps as my appointment time was at 10.00am, the advice that you gave to arrive 10 minutes early was a little silly as you obviously don't open till 10.00am!

Loved it! There are so many salons now that are unclean and employ unprofessional staff. Victoria's Health is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I had a fantastic massage and the therapist was very professional and also put me at ease straight away. The best salon that I have visited in a long time. I will be back this week to purchase vouchers so that my mum can experience it too. See you again soon.
