Although a little uncomfortable, I was really pleased with the treatment, especially the eyebrows - for which I had lots of positive comments from friends and family! Internet booking was very useful and an innovative way for customers to help themselves. Have only had one waxing before a long time ago and so a full leg and brazilian was quite adventurous! I experienced lots of pain but it was my first full waxing AND I do have coarse hair and so I am sure I did not experience any more pain than I needed to. Sore but satisfied, and very happy - thank you!

The only slight problem I found was the redness afterwards, which I am guessing is due to the type of wax used.
