The room was lovely and warm, with candles and subdued lighting. I felt very cosy under a soft towel and blanket. Delia was very friendly and professional. The massage itself was firm but relaxing, and left me really chilled out for the rest of the day. I love the smell of the oils - like orange sherbet!

Usually I go for the firm Swedish massage but after a pressurised week decided on a relaxing, anti stress aromatherapy massage. The therapist made me feel at home and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. The room ambiance was good, subdued underlying music, glow of candles (although most of the time I had my eyes shut). The massage itself was spot on.

I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. Therapist asked me how I felt and listened to my questions.
I have one minor suggestion for a better experience then it would be that there should be better sound proofing in the rooms. Regardless of the music quality, being able to hear the outside conversations or people walking around is not ideal and I think this would be worth investing in.

Managers comments: Thank you for your valuable feedback. Whilst all therapists are aware of noise levels and try to keep this to an absolute minimum when we have relaxing treatments, we do appreciate that noise levels do occasional go beyond what we consider acceptable. This is sometimes but not always due to other clients in the salon having various conversations. We do use signs in the salon informing all staff and other clients when relaxing treatments are taking place. We have considered additional sound proofing of the rooms and are looking at doing this during our refurbishment with phase 1 in November and completion early next year.

My time at the salon was wonderful. The staff were very nice and made me feel very welcome. Therapist was excellent in explaining my treatment and what oils would be best. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I have recommended this salon to many friends and will most certainly be returning!

Enjoyed my relaxing aromatherapy session. Care was taken that I was comfortable on the table and the session was beneficial without being too firm. One small criticism is that it would have been nice to know exactly which oils were being used and which oils can be used for various things in aromatherapy.

Amazing and relaxed. Consideration was taken about the amount of pressure being used and I was asked if this was at a suitable level, I then had a chance to ask for a slightly firmer pressure. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and am really looking forward to my next visit.
