This massage is a lighter massage than the Swedish. It is based on the fact that the oils do most of the work. After a consultation the oils are picked and mixed to suit your own particular needs. The massage is good for people who want to unwind and relax, and also for people who find the Swedish massage a little too vigorous. A very relaxing and soothing massage.

Enjoyed my relaxing aromatherapy session. Care was taken that I was comfortable on the table and the session was beneficial without being too firm.
One small criticism is that it would have been nice to know exactly which oils were being used and which oils can be used for various things in aromatherapy.

This was a whole new experience for me so did not know what to expect. However, the therapist took considerable time to explain the routine.

Amazing and relaxed. Consideration was taken about the amount of pressure being used and Nicole asked if this was at a suitable level, I then had a chance to ask for a slightly firmer pressure.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience and am really looking forward to my next visit.
