An aromatherapy back massage combined with a foot and leg treatment.
Back massage: After a consultation the oils are picked and mixed to suit your needs. A lighter massage than the Swedish, it concentrates on the back area where most people find they carry most of their tension.
Foot and leg treatment: This helps to aid circulation, relieve fatigue, soothe aching joints and reduce water retention. A good treatment for those who suffer with bad circulation or swollen puffy legs and feet. This deep cleansing and antibacterial treatment leaves the legs feeling invigorated.
What happens during the foot and leg treatment: Starts with a foot soak containing sea salts and circulation oil. Your therapist will carry out the scrub to your legs using a special seaweed filled granular peel to rid any dry or dead skin. You will receive a leg and foot massage using an invigorating gel to aid circulation and relieve fatigue. A clay body mud wrap is applied to the whole area where the warming action also helps circulation. Once removed a mint lotion is applied to the legs.
